Famous crypto wallet Metamask has launched a new dapp that lets its users check and manage their complete portfolio in one go.
Crypto Wallet Metamask Launches a Beta Portfolio Dapp. The new decentralized app (dApp) helps users monitor both their cryptocurrency and non-fungible token portfolios.
MetaMask is one of the most famous self-custodial wallet options on the market and it is presenst in both a mobile app and a web extension.
One requested feature was to add to the wallet was a way to view user complete portfolio in one place. Previously, there was no way to do this using only MetaMask services, and users had to use external sources to get full reports on their assets in crypto, DeFi and NFTs.
With the new portfolio dapp, portfolio.metamask.io, Metamask users can finally do this in a more easiet way. “Here it is! You no longer need a calculator and the patience of a saint to see your Web3 assets in one place,” Wallet said in a tweet
The dapp supports multiple chains, which means users can view assets from multiple networks at once. Currently, there are a total of 7 supported networks, and the wallet is planning to add more in the future.
Portfolio Manager also has a “Watch Any Wallet” feature that allows users to add not only multiple MetaMask accounts, but offline and hardware wallets as well.
NFTs can also be viewed from Dapps. There is an easy-to-view mode that users can toggle on to view their non-fungible tokens on the Ethereum mainnet and Polygon. “NFT pricing and pricing estimates are not currently available but are in the works, so stay tuned,” teases MetaMask.
