Patents and Big Tech: Who  will dominate the metaverse?

Just when we consider Web3 would save us from complete domination by big tech, it seems they’re fighting to control the next epitome of the Internet.

A latest theory  by patent data analytics company IFI states and IALE Technologies sheds light on which companies are patenting which inventions. Such inventions and innovations will likely drive the metaverse of the future.

The colonization of the metaverse has begun. Says IFI Claims: “The Metaverse is a proposed integrated network of 3D virtual reality worlds, an immersive space that is predicted to become the next great Internet age. Why is this important? Because it opens avenues for the expansion of social media, commerce, entertainment, and a variety of industries and experiences in a whole new way.”
