Cricket NFT Rario has announced that it is coming up with a series a round of funding amounting to a price of $120 million. The investment will be done by of fantasy sports platform Dream Sports. Rario is collaborating with Australian Cricket Association (ACA) and Cricket Australia (CA). Futhermore it is entering into contract with siv cricket associations and more than 900 cricketers.
Rario and FanCraze which is backed by Dapper Labs are two major components in cricket NFTs. Fancraze has got a permission from the International Cricket Council (ICC) to show video highlights of the sport as NFTs thus attracting a wider audience as compared to rario which till now is only restricted to Australian Cricket.
Through its collaboration with ICC, FanCraze is ahead of Rario in the competition but with the help of investment by Dream Capital, Rario will be able to engage the 140 million subscribers of Dream Sports fantasy platform. In future these two may team up together to come up with a an NFT cricket fantasy sports game.
More over it is being speculated that FanCraze is also working on a project of fundraising of $100 million
