On Friday (October 1st), Christie auctioned five of Entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk's artworks that were created for his VeeFriends NFT collection.

Vaynerchuk's VeeFriends Collection comprises 10,255 non-fungible tokens.

So, yes! You heard it right. Christie auctioned five of Gary Vaynerchuk's artworks made for his VeeFriends NFT collection that was sold for $1.2 million. Oh, my sweet Lord!

Most of the NFTs auctioned by Christie are either NFT minted or Blockchain verified, but these particular artworks of Vaynerchuk are undoubtedly the original characters that were hand-drawn by himself.

Vaynerchuk's VeeFriends Collection was launched in May, he has become a significant influencer in the NFT space since then. The VeeFriends Collection comprises over 10,255 character non-fungible tokens that are available for purchase via the cryptocurrency 'Ethereum'.

The lowest price listed for a VeeFriend remains over $50,000.

Vaynerchuk's Doodle Collection comprised the 'Gratitude Gorilla', 'Diamond Hands', 'Empathetic Elephant', 'Tremendous Tiger', and the 'You're gonna Die, Fly'.

The 'Empathetic Elephant' fetched the highest price at Christie's auction that was sold for $412,500 while the lowest one to be sold was for $162,500 (Diamond Hands).
